All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. We understand that plans may change. For cancelations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, there will be no charge. Cancelations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancelation fee of [100% Of charged amount]. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
